Viktor Városi

Viktor Városi is a cultural manager and producer with over a decade of experience in developing and leading international arts organizations, festivals, and creative projects. His work bridges artistic innovation with social and cultural relevance, shaping multidisciplinary initiatives across Europe.

He currently serves as General Manager of O/Modernt Foundation (Stockholm & London), where he oversees O/Modernt’s orchestral formations and festivals at the Queen Silvia Concert Hall, leading its international partnerships and development.

Simultaneously, Viktor is Executive Producer of KotorArt International Festival, one of the largest and most acclaimed cultural events in South-East Europe, supported by UNESCO, the European Union, and numerous embassies and sponsors.

His previous roles include Program and Development Consultant for the Network of Cultural Stations within Novi Sad 2022 – European Capital of Culture, Development Manager of No Borders Orchestra (Belgrade/Berlin), Project Manager of the EU Creative Europe Synergy Project, as well as academic work as a Lecturer at the University of Novi Sad.

Educated in the USA, France, and Serbia, Viktor holds master’s degrees in Cultural Policy and Management (University of Arts in Belgrade, UNESCO Chair) and Development of International Cultural and Arts Projects (University Lumière Lyon 2, France). A trained pianist, he also studied at the University of Alabama in Huntsville (USA) as a USAID Global UGRAD scholar.

Passionate about international collaboration and capacity building in the arts, Viktor is recognized for his strategic mindset, meticulous organization, financial acumen, and ability to connect diverse partners across cultures.
